CCTV, AI-assisted cameras and number plate recognition
We use CCTV and security technology at the storage site to help protect customers, staff, visitors, vehicles, containers and stored goods.
This may include CCTV cameras, AI-assisted camera features, vehicle number plate recognition and access monitoring at key points around the site.
We use this information for site security, crime prevention, access management, incident investigation and the protection of our property and customers’ goods. We do not use camera footage for marketing.
Camera signage is displayed on site. Access to footage and security records is restricted to authorised people only. Footage and related records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary, unless needed for an incident, investigation, insurance matter, dispute or legal claim.
Lawful basis
We usually process your information because it is needed to take steps before entering into a storage agreement, to perform the storage agreement, to comply with legal obligations, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting the business.

WhatsApp messages
If you contact us by WhatsApp, we will use your message and contact details to respond to you and deal with your enquiry or booking. WhatsApp is provided by Meta, so you should also consider WhatsApp’s own privacy information when choosing to use it.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not track your browsing. Our website itself does not set cookies.
A small number of third-party services we use may set their own cookies in your browser: Cloudflare (which protects and delivers the website) may set a security cookie that is strictly necessary for the site to work; the Google Maps directions map on our contact page sets Google cookies when it loads; and our enquiry form (provided by Wufoo, with Google reCAPTCHA spam protection) sets cookies on the pages where the form appears. These services have their own privacy policies, and none of them are used by us to track you.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including to manage the customer relationship, meet accounting and tax requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect the business. CCTV, camera and access records are normally kept for a shorter period unless they are needed for an incident, investigation, insurance matter, dispute or legal claim.
Your rights
